ATLANTA GAS LIGHT COMPANY LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE
As directed by the Georgia Public Service Commission, Atlanta Gas Light Company filed its 2013-2016 Capacity Supply Plan with the Georgia Public Service Commission on August 1, 2013. Copies of the 2013-2016 Capacity Supply Plan are on file with the Georgia Public Service Commission. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 36792 and has been scheduled for public hearing before the Georgia Public Service Commission on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Room 110 of the Georgia Public Service Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. Anyone interested in this matter will be given the opportunity to express his or her view pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 46-2-59.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 46-2-59(c) and the Procedural and Scheduling Order issued in this docket, persons wishing to intervene must file a Petition to Intervene with the Georgia Public Service Commission within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice.

An original and fifteen (15) copies of any pre-filed testimony of statements by interveners along with a 3 1/2 inch diskette or CD ROM containing an electronic version of this filing in Microsoft Word for text documents or Excel for spread sheets must be filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission’s Executive Secretary by 4:00 p.m. on September 10, 2013 in accordance with the Procedural and Scheduling Order issued in this docket. Any expert testimony or testimony of a technical nature must be pre-filed. Parties of record must also file with one another copies of any pre-filed testimony. STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT COUNTY OF JEFFERSON THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE On the 21st day of June 2012, TYRONE D.
