NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE On May 14, 2010 and January 13, 2011, B & B MCNAIR, INC. and BBM INVESTMENTS, LLC executed Notes in favor of FIRST STATE BANK. Said Notes were payable with interest and are now in default. The total amount due of principal & interest in the Notes are $250,798.41 and $20,369.36, respectfully, as of November 1, 2011, plus attorney fees, advanced costs, accrued interest, and other costs of collection. Time was made the essence of the Notes, and the Notes contained provisions for the payment of attorney fees.
