Miller seeks help with ancestors
Dear Editor:
I am currently doing genealogy research on Andrew J. Howard. Andrew was born on Nov. 29, 1850 and died on May 8, 1926. He was married to Sarah A. Rabun and is buried at Reedy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Andrew was born in Glascock Co. Their children are: Walter Thomas Howard, Lena Howard Stapleton, Will Howard, Charles J. Howard, Joseph Howard, Ada Howard Calhoun, and Milo L. Howard.
I am trying to find out who Andrew J. Howard’s father and mother were. According to the Georgia Death Certificate, mother was listed as Sallie Howard and father’s name was not listed. I would greatly appreciate any information regarding Andrew J. Howard. Ada Howard Calhoun is my grandmother and Andrew J. and Sarah are my great-grand parents.
