Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt given by Elizabeth E. Fetter to First State Bank, dated May 16, 2008, as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 441, at pages 403-407, in the original principal amount of $39,027.67, which conveys the after-described property to secure a Promissory Note with interest at the rate specified therein there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Jefferson County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, to wit: October 6, 2009, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, lying and being in the City of Wrens, 81st G.M. Said property is conveyed subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record.
