WHEREAS, heretofore on Date March 1, 2007, Shewana Passley and Winston Passley did deliver to Jones Central, LLC a Deed to Secure Debt conveying the following described land, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 85th G.M.
