All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in one body, identified as lots #3 and #4, Block G of the Magnolia Heights Subdivision, situated in the said Subdivision in the City of Wrens, County of Jefferson, State of Georgia, bounded as follows: North by lands of Quilla & Vivirene Barnes; West by Mulberry Street; South by lot #5 of said subdivision and East by Waynesboro Highway.
Said lots as herein described being more fully set forth and delineated in a revised plat made by Edward G. Andrews, Civil Engineer, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jefferson County in Deed Book 066 Page 445.
As described in Deed Book 166, Page 238 and further described on Jefferson County Tax Map 0084G with subject parcel being 002.
REDEMPTION will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of December 2008.
The TAX DEED to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of November 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia in Deed Book 432 at pages 304 - 305.
