GEORGIA GLASCOCK COUNTY PRESENTMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE AUGUST 2007 TERM OF THE GRAND JURY
We, the members of the Glascock County Grand Jury for the August Term 2007, having been duly sworn on August 20, 2007, in open court by Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr., do herewith submit the following:

We would like to thank the Honorable Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. for his excellent charge to the jurors.

We would also like to thank District Attorney Dennis Sanders and Assistant District Attorney Rindi Harberson for directing and advising this body in matters of law.

We, the Grand Jury appointed James V. Stephens, Jr., as foreperson, Mary E. Griswell, as clerk, and Jeremy Kelley and Mariann Dixon, as Baliffs. We, the Grand Jury, fix the per d i e m r a t e f o r G r a n d a n d T r a v e r s e j u r o r s f o r 2 0 0 8 a t twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.

We, the Grand Jury, fix the per diem rate for Baliff(s) for 2008 at twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.

W e , t h e G r a n d J u r y , h a v e received the sworn receipts and disbursements from the Court of Probate, the Clerk of Court, the Sheriff's Department and the treasurer. We have examined the same and have found them to be correct and hereby endorse our approval.
